This cosmetic powder processing machine is designed for mixing, pulverizing and homogenizing powder materials for pressed powder, loose powder, eyeshadow, blush and other cosmetic products. The machine body is made of SUS304 stainless steel with mirror finish, with dimensions of 1000×950×1300mm, total power of 10KW, and power supply of 3-phase 380V/50Hz. The hopper has a capacity of 50L, with a single batch processing range of 5-15KG and a total weight of 320KG. The machine integrates automatic lid opening/closing, automatic discharging, circulating cooling water and automatic oil spraying functions. Equipped with Siemens motors, Delta control system and Schneider electrical components, it supports variable speed adjustment from 178rpm to 2980rpm to meet the standardized and clean production requirements of cosmetic powder processing.
