The Fully Automatic Cosmetic Powder Pressing Machine is an automated industrial system engineered for the compacting and shaping of cosmetic powder products, including pressed powders, blushes, and eyeshadows. Equipped with a Human-Machine Interface (HMI) control system, a single operator can manage two units simultaneously. The integrated WiFi module enables remote data monitoring and diagnostics.
This machinery automates the continuous inline production cycle, seamlessly executing automatic aluminum pan loading, automatic material dosing, surface powder clearing, powder pressing, and finished product collection. The mold infrastructure supports up to 49 cavities per mold, operating at a speed of 1 to 2 cycles per minute to support large-scale manufacturing environments.
