This semi-automatic top-pressing powder pressing machine is a forming equipment for cosmetic powder materials, designed for the pressing process of pressed powder, loose powder, eyeshadow, blush and other cosmetic products. The equipment adopts a stainless steel frame structure, with dimensions of 1500×580×1700mm, power supply of 3-phase 380V/50Hz, total power of 4KW, adjustable working pressure range of 0-150KG, and total weight of 410KG. Equipped with S45C chrome-plated pressing plate and SUS304 stainless steel panel, and integrated with Xunjie PLC and HMI, it supports the setting of pressure parameters and monitoring of equipment operation status, meeting the standardized operation requirements of cosmetic powder pressing.

Precautions

·Do not place hands or tools into the pressing plate area during operation.
·Clean the pressing plate, mold and powder-contacting parts after each use to avoid powder residue.
·Regularly check the operating status of the hydraulic motor, PLC and electrical components, and perform maintenance according to the equipment manual.
