The ultra-fine pulverizer is a precision processing equipment for cosmetic powders, designed for the ultra-fine crushing of cosmetic powder raw materials. The machine body is made of SUS304 stainless steel with mirror finish, with dimensions of 1200×800×1600mm, power supply of 3-phase 380V, total power of 8KW, and total weight of 350KG. Equipped with Siemens crushing motor and Delta frequency converter, the crushing speed can reach 7500rpm. It features a detachable screw feeding system with adjustable feed rate, double-layer cooling hopper and cylinder lifting powder receiving device, enabling fine crushing of cosmetic powders with reduced dust emission.

Precautions
